Care & Feeding


Each piece of Karen Mardis jewelry is handcrafted with only the finest materials. To preserve its beauty and strength, it is recommended that you do not expose it to water and that it is removed nightly.


To keep your silver jewelry looking new, use a jewelry polishing cloth after each wear. Do not use water, silver polish or a jewelry cleaning machine to polish your jewelry.

Warranty


All Karen Mardis jewels are guaranteed for 90 days. If your item was not made to your order or breaks due to an assembly defect, simply return the item and it will be remade. If after 90 days, you break or damage your jewelry, it will be remade for a minimum charge of $10, plus the cost of any beads or components that need to be replaced. Additional charges may apply. Please follow the instructions for jewelry care below to prevent damage to your jewelry.
